Position Title:
Office & CEO Assistant (3-Month Trial)

Job Description:
STONDA US is offering a 3-month temporary trial position for an Office & CEO Assistant. This role is primarily office-based and involves supporting the CEO with daily administrative tasks, translation, and client communication. Outstanding performers may be considered for a long-term part-time or full-time position based on performance and business needs.
Responsibilities:
• Provide support during client meetings and assist with email correspondence.
• Handle day-to-day office operations, including greeting guests, preparing tea or coffee, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Assist the CEO with scheduling, meeting coordination, and general administrative duties.
• Occasionally assist with small shipping or delivery tasks (infrequent).
Work Schedule:
• Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM (includes a paid one-hour lunch break from 12:00–1:00 PM)
• Contract duration: 3 months
Work Location:
Novi, MI
Compensation:
• $16/hour, paid weekly or biweekly
Requirements:
• Must have valid U.S. work authorization (EAD, OPT, Green Card, etc.)
• Fluency in English required; Chinese language proficiency preferred but not required
• Responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Strong communication and organizational skills
Notes:
• This is a paid temporary trial position.
• Successful candidates may be considered for long-term employment with salary adjustments and benefits.
